I’ve also worked with Nicki Minaj, Fantasia, Melanie Fiona, Paula Abdul, and Michelle Obama. As a fitness veteran with more than 35 years of experience.

I am currently a PE and Health teacher in Atlanta, Ga. My purpose for entering into public school education at the middle school level was to take on the role of a mentor for our young teenagers.  In August of 2016 I earned my Masters in Exercise Science. I have intentionally focused on researching the benefits of combating type II diabetes through evidence-based physical activity and dietary interventions. Health, and helping people get results is my purpose.
